Jesus Pineda

As a fellow artist and designer I strive to surround myself with artists and give/receive feedback on a constructive level. I try to keep a steady balance between the creativity and the functionality/marketing standpoint of any project I work on. I'm always keen on keeping a clear line of communication. I understand with artists it's sometimes very hard to try to get our point across or vision so keeping a clear line of communication and comprehension is key. My background ranges from working with a marketing team in various different projects to working independently on personal projects. My artistic skill set as well ranges from digital design to more hands on design. Some things that set me apart are my fearlessness to fail or to explore and try new things, whether that's working and experimenting with new materials or just jumping right in the deep end. With all this said I've always been creatively driven and had a passion for the arts in all aspects.

Why did you join Earthy Art?

I was excited to join Earthy because it's a community that's different than any other I've seen in Miami and I had been looking for a creative community for a while. What made me decide to apply was seeing how well and amazing the other earthy communities are doing and seeing the opening for Miami collective just pulled the trigger. I was excited to meet all the artists and help them shape their creative ideas/projects.
